- hello, my name is ian crystal. this page contains information about the properties that my family is trying to sell. if you can refer me to a buyer that ends up buying any of the properties, you will get 5% commission.
- property boundaries, location markers, and street routes are color yellow in all the maps in this page.
- we still need to pay estate taxes for the talisay, tisa, and bohol properties.
- the way it works is we will sign a MOA where the buyer gives a down payment just enough for the estate taxes.
- the MOA will state that the buyer takes possession of the original title and takes possession of the property immediately after signing the MOA.
- the MOA will state that after the estate taxes are paid and the buyer receives the e-car, the buyer will give the rest of the payment to complete the sale.
- i did the same with the estate of my father's side of the family.
- for credibility reference: i sold our ramos apartments for P25 million to mr. jefferson lao, owner of z-plaza in ramos. i also sold our property in mambaling for P30 million to mrs. leslie ngo, owner of worldwide properties. the sale is now complete. they both received their e-cars and everyone is happy.
- for credibility reference: i immediately gave the 5% commission to atty neil balili after mr. lao gave the downpayment and i immediately gave the 5% commission to ed cola (founder of latagaw fraternity) after mrs. leslie ngo gave the downpayment.
- i am now working on the estate of my mother's side of the family and the properties in this page are the properties in the estate of my mother's side.
- the extrajudicial and gathering of the estate tax requirements is complete. the next thing i will do is have the BIR compute the estate taxes.
